We converted the existing woolshed and shearers quarters to become luxury lodge accommodation and facilities for residents and guests of the estate. The facilities form the communal focus for the whole development which includes 21 residential properties, caretakers’ accommodation, implement shed, boat shed and jetty.

We converted the existing woolshed and shearers quarters to become luxury lodge accommodation and facilities for residents and guests of the estate. The facilities form the communal focus for the whole development which includes 21 residential properties, caretakers’ accommodation, implement shed, boat shed and jetty.
We prepared design guidelines for the development of each of the house sites, recognising unique qualities for different site typologies such as Bay, Hillside and Ridge. We have designed two houses for beach sites in the estate, Refer to Fold House and Parekura Bay House.
