This project includes the concept design for the unique development of 16 hectares of natural rainforest on the edge of the CBD of Franz Josef.

The development was to focus around a local community and tourist destination public space that would host a variety of adventure related activities, specialist local cuisine, bars, art markets, retail and entertainment. Particular emphasis would to be given to night entertainment activities in both winter and summer to create an active public place in Franz Josef.

This project involved in depth consultation with the local Franz Josef community and was well received.
