This development on 320 hectares of land in Kinloch on the shores of Lake Taupo has at its heart a Jack Nicklaus golf course.

We prepared concept design and feasibility studies for the clubhouse, practice pavilion, hotel, villas, selection of house sites, development of design guidelines and designs of sample houses.

The masterplan enhanced the dramatic landscape by leaving large pockets of land  undeveloped, locating the new houses around the edges of the course on the flats, and concentrating the clubhouse facilities on a natural ridge overlooking the lake.
