Prominently located at the entrance to Garden Place, 341 Victoria Street presents an important face to Hamilton’s CBD.

We were engaged to design the restoration of the Art Deco retail and office block. The façade has been rejuvenated with new shopfronts and colour scheme. Inside, new tenancy layouts, lifts, systems and code compliant stairs make the building a desirable location for tenants and give it the dignity, comfort, accessibility and safety that it deserves.
